The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process whose basic goal is to welcome new members into the Church.

One becomes a full member of the Church by receiving the three Sacraments of Initiation:  Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist.  By the reception of these sacraments, one is re-formed in Christ’s image.

Our parish RCIA team has the privilege and responsibility of
helping our candidates prepare for these sacraments.  Those involved in RCIA ministry help each candidate to know God better and to deepen his/her personal relationship with Him so that he/she will be prepared to begin a new life in Christ.

Our parish RCIA has an interest in exploring the Catholic Christian faith, is invited to participate in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program.

If you have never been baptized, were baptized in another faith tradition, or were baptized but didn’t receive the sacraments of Communion and Confirmation this is the place for you.

This is a journey of learning, of faith, and prayer. You will be joined by others studying the Catholic way of life, by your individual sponsor and by the RCIA team. Our RCIA team members are ready and willing to share their faith with you.

Our next session of RCIA begins June 2, 2019

New groups will be forming in the early summer of 2019.
