The Finance Council are men and women parishioners who oversee the financial condition of the parish and advise and assist the pastor in matters pertaining to the financial affairs of the parish.
They meet approximately six times per year: quarterly to review the financial statements, and one or two additional times to establish the budget for the upcoming year.
Members are appointed by the Pastor.
The main function of the Finance Council is to develop appropriate plans for the financing of necessary repairs, renovations and purchase of equipment and to make recommendations regarding the needs and the effectiveness of the parish effort of church support through the weekly offertory and other funds.
Members are listed and pictured below.
