Although Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish is unified together with a common cause and goal, we live out our vision in two different locations throughout the greater Manchester area. We have a Leadership Team that is ultimately responsible for 2 churches - Saint Bridget Church, Saint Bartholomew Church as well Saint Bridget School, but each individual location has it own unique identity, rituals, traditions, and roots.

First Time FAQ's

How long are the services?

Most services last about 1 hour.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give in the offering. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the atmosphere, and see if Saint Teresa might not be your future church home.

Am I expected to participate in the offering?

No. We don't invite you to Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish for your offering. We want our mass or any other service to be a gift to the Lord and to you. We hope you will find in our churches a warm family spirit, truth from God's Word, and a place where you can grow in God's grace. Please don't feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.

What kind of music should I expect to find?

We love great music that honors and glorifies our Lord. You will enjoy the exciting way that we worship God through singing at each weekend masses. Our songs include both traditional hymns and choruses that honor God in a worshipful way.
